Limberglauf Ranis
The Limberglauf Ranis will take place in Ranis on Saturday, September 19, 2026. The event offers a variety of distances for all ages and abilities.
Distances and Age Groups:
- 400 m Bambinilauf (children born 2020 and later)
- 1.6 km Jedermannslauf (no age restriction)
- 5 km Crosslauf (born 2014 and later)
- 10 km Crosslauf (born 2010 and later)
- 15/21 km Crosslauf (born 2008 and later)
- 7.5 km Nordic Walking (no age restriction)

- 10:05 - Start Crosslauf 21 km
- 10:10 - Start Crosslauf 15 km
- 10:15 - Registration Office Closes
- 10:15 - Start Crosslauf 10 km
- 10:25 - Start Bambinilauf 400 m
- 10:35 - Start Jedermannslauf 1.6 km
- 10:40 - Start Crosslauf 5 km
- 10:45 - Start Nordic Walking 7.5 km
- From 13:00 - Award Ceremony
Participation Fees (until September 17, 2026):
- 400 m: 2,- EUR
- 1.6 km: 5,- EUR
- 5 km Crosslauf: 8,- EUR
- 10 km Crosslauf: 12,- EUR
- 15 km: 15,- EUR
- 21 km: 18,- EUR
- 7.5 km NW: 10,- EUR
Late registration on-site until 10:00 AM is possible for all runs, with an additional fee of 10,- EUR.

- Refreshments on the 10/15 km routes (drinks, fruit/bars) and at the finish area.
