Brindley Beach Vacations Presents Christmas in July - Lighthouse 5k Series
The Lighthouse 5k Series celebrates its 16th annual running with a special Christmas in July event. Join us for the Lighthouse 5k / 1 Mile Race Series on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 8 AM at The Whalehead Club in Corolla, NC.
Race Details:
- Location: The Whalehead Club, 1100 Club Rd, Corolla, NC 27927, in the Historic Corolla Park.
- Adult Price: $45.00
- Youth (17 & under): $40.00
- Little Elf 1/4 Mile (ages 10 and under): $35.00
Registration & Packet Pickup:
Walk-up registration and pre-registered packet pickup/check-in will be available on race morning from 6:50 AM to 7:50 AM at the race start line.
What's Included:
All entries include an event t-shirt, a finisher medallion, and chip timing. Registration never closes, and all participants are guaranteed a shirt, medal, and professional services.
Course Information:
The course runs through the Historic Village of Corolla Light, offering views of The WhaleHead Club, Corolla Light, and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. Awards will be given to the Top 3 Male/Female overall, 1st place Masters M/F (over 40), and 1st place Youth M/F (14 & under).
