Leeuw Loopt
The Leeuw Loopt is a fun run with start and finish near the Rink in the center of Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. It features a course of 5.5 km or 11 km over quiet asphalt roads, a challenging off-road section, and the tough climb of the notorious 'Col Alfons'. Since 2025, Leeuw Loopt forms a beautiful and happy couple with Leeuw Rinkt, the always very cozy evening happening on the same summer Saturday.

Course
The races for youth and G-sports participants take place on the Garebaan, in the start zone near LDC ‘De Wilg’. The 5.5 km course starts on the Garebaan and runs via Victor Maloustraat to the transmission mast, where it turns right. Along Bosveldlaan and a half kilometer off-road, it returns via Oudenakenstraat and Alfons Fleurusstraat to the village center, where about 700 meters from the finish, the 'Col Alfons' awaits. Participants in the 11 km run this route twice. Water is provided halfway and at the finish.
Location
Registration, start, and finish are located in and near Lokaal Dienstencentrum ‘De Wilg’, Hendrik Vanhouchestraat 1, 1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. LDC ‘De Wilg’ is a short walk from the Rink, in the center of Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. Parking is available (free) at the public parking lots in the town center: LDC ‘De Wilg’ (1), Coloma (2), and Gemeentehuis (3). There is plenty of space, all within walking distance of the start and finish.
