Lauf "Ich Lauf Mit gegen Gewalt"
The Lauf "Ich Lauf Mit gegen Gewalt" will take place in München on Saturday, November 14, 2026. This event, now in its 6th year, is organized by the Interventionsstelle Landkreis München (ILM) to raise awareness about domestic violence. Both the 5 km and 10 km courses are officially measured and approved by the DLV, making the race eligible for official rankings.
Excess participation fees will be donated to a charitable organization. The event is supported by "SmartRunning" and moderated by Mr. Peter Maisenbacher.
