LASAA Mug Run - LASD Training Bureau

<p>Join us for the LASAA Mug Run, organized by the LASD Training Bureau. This event aims to promote health, fitness, and camaraderie among Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department employees and law enforcement personnel. </p><p>The Mug Run series began in 1993, initially attracting an average of 10 runners who were primarily law enforcement personnel. Over the years, the event has expanded to include the general public, and now boasts a participation of over 300 runners. </p><p>The event offers two courses to choose from: a 5K (3.1 miles) and a 10K (6.2 miles). Both courses are designed to challenge participants and provide a friendly competition atmosphere. </p><p>Early registration is encouraged, as race day pricing increases to $40.
