Event Details
The Lake James Races will host a Half Marathon, 7 Miler, and two 5k races on April 12 & 13, 2025. Both days will include race options suitable for beginners and experienced runners alike, taking place at Fonta Flora's Whippoorwill Farm.
**Race Schedule:**
- Saturday, April 12
- Half Marathon - Starts at 8:30 AM
- 5k - Starts at 9:15 AM
- Sunday, April 13
- 7 Miler - Starts at 9:00 AM
- 5k - Starts at 9:15 AM
Course Information
Courses will begin with a loop around the Fonta Flora field, featuring a mix of single-track trails and paved roads. Elevation gains are:
- Half Marathon: 930 ft
- 7 Miler: 425 ft
- 5k: 123 ft
Awards
Awards will be presented to top male & female finishers, masters, and age group categories, along with exciting prizes!
