Kokořínský triatlon
The Kokořínský triatlon is an amateur short-distance race (1.5 km swimming, up to 40 km cycling, and approx. 10 km running). Professionals (active triathletes) are excluded from participation. The race is more of a test of one's own strength and a look at the truth (former fitness) in the eyes, and also a traditional social gathering. It takes place every year on the second weekend of July in Kokořínsko – Mšensko.

Trasa
The route is newly designed each year. The route itinerary will be sent on Friday evening before the race to all registered competitors via email. Starting in 2025, there will be a change, alternating between road and mountain variants. Every odd year will be a road route.
Kategorie
Juniors, Women, Men, V40, V50, V60. All categories are divided by gender. A category is announced if there are at least 3 participants, otherwise it is merged with an older category (or the same category of the opposite sex). The "Juniors" category for ages 15-17 will have a shortened swimming part by half. Written consent from a legal guardian is required for participation.
Ostatní informace
Competitors start at their own risk and fully subordinate their participation to their current health condition, for which they are fully responsible. Parking at Harasov costs 50 CZK/day. Don't forget to bring one wrapped gift for the winner!
