Race Information
Join Us for the Annual Knights of Columbus K-9 Race honoring K-9 Roki this June! Support the Saint Marys Police of Saint Marys, GA, and their K-9 Units by participating in our fun-filled event! New in 2025, we've added a 10K race alongside our classic 5K and a 1-mile youth race(13&under). All registered by May 30th will get a T-Shirt & Swag. Register your K-9 to also get a bandanna for your K-9. 1 mile youth race for ages up to 13 years of age. We are raising money to support the K-9 Unit of the Saint Marys Police Department. They now have four working K-9’s. They have to raise 100% of all their money for the support and operation of the K-9’s. With your support of donations and sponsorships we can make this event very successful.
The event begins at 8 am on June 14, 2025. (FLAG DAY)
This event is open to people who use wheelchairs, walkers, and canes. We encourage everyone to run, walk, or roll with us!
Courses and Prices
- 5K: Registration Fee: $35 until 04/11, $40 after 04/11. Price: $35.00 - $35.00
- 10K: Registration Fee: $45 until 04/11, $50 after 04/11. Price: $45.00 - $40.00
- 5k Dog Jog: Price: $35.00 - $35.00
- 1 Mile Youth Race: Price: $35.00 - $35.00 (Open to ages 12 and under)
- Virtual 5K: Price: $35.00 - $35.00
Event Details
Location: Our Lady Star of The Sea Catholic Church, Saint Marys, GA US - 31558
Early Bib Pickup: Pick-up on 06/13 from 5 pm to 6 pm at Our Lady Star of The Sea Catholic Church (located at 106 E Dillingham Rd., Saint Marys, GA 31558)
T-shirts will be given to participants. Bandannas will be given to the K-9’s that registered before the cutoff date of May 30th.
There will be awards for First, Second, and Third place winners in each age category. The awards will be given out around 10 am.
Awards
- Overall Awards: 10K, 5K & 1 M Overall Male & Female First Place
- Age Group Awards: Age groups for the 5K & 10K: 14 & U, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
- Age Groups for the 1 M: 6 & U, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12
- Dog Jog Awards: Dog Jog awards will go to the top 5 runners / with dogs
