- 5000 m: Ages 12+ and adults
- 7500 m: Ages 12+ and adults
- 10000 m: Ages 12+ and adults
- Registration: On-site at the sports hall 'De Berken' in Kleit. Pre-registration is not required.
- Prizes: Natura prizes for participants.
- Facilities: Showers and changing rooms available at the sports hall.
