Kirkstall Rock up n' Run
Kirkstall Rock up n' Run is an evening pop up event held at Kirkstall, Wyther Lane, Leeds LS5 3BT. The event offers two measured running options along routes near the Leeds and Liverpool Canal as part of a Summer Series.

Entry may be paid on the day or in advance online. Listed entry fees range from £12 to £17 depending on distance. All runners receive a jumble medal and are offered a choice of beer or a soft drink. Hot food is available at the venue.
Directions: Next to the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, 2 minute walk from the Bridge Shopping Centre at Kirkstall, at the junction of Wyther Lane and Broad Lane. You can park in Morrisons car park, Kirkstall LS5 3AU.

5k: £10.00 - 6pm registration for 7pm race.
10k: £15.00 - 6pm registration for 6.45 pm race
