Shout out to our run club pals One Foot Forward as this run will be our monthly Two Brews Run! Track Brewing will be on hand as usual with a brew at the end. We will also be joined by the team from OTE who will be fuelling our adventure with their trail snacks.
All runs are socially paced not runner is left behind!
10km Trail Run
If you are new to trail running or want to try running longer in a group then we have the perfect place to start. This flat(ish) circular 10k leads you along tracks, fields and canals. Trail running suggested but not essential, however, weather conditions could make paths muddier than expected!
23km Trail Run
This circular route will be hitting the trails, some hills and running to the Roastery. Trail running shoes are advised. The Roastery will form much-needed pit stop, with coffee and a water refill before cruising down the canal towpath back to Flour Water Salt.
Start - Flour Water Salt! - 9am
Finish - Flour Water Salt for a much needed refuel.
Distance - 10km or 23km
Notes - Bag Drop Available- Limited space. No space for bikes, will need to locked outside. Bring Water and Snacks.
