The Joe LaRocco 5K and Elementary School 1K Run are part of the Knights Crossing Cross Country Invitational hosted by Cave Spring High School. These courses are designed to be flat, fast, and 100% grass/gravel, making them ideal for achieving early Fall personal records. Join thousands of runners across multiple states in this exciting event.

Awards
Awards will be presented to the Top 3 Male/Female Overall and the Top Male/Female Masters (40+).

Concessions will be available, and emergency medical services will be on-site.
Participants in the Elementary School 1K will receive a Knights Crossing T-shirt and a medal at the finish line.
