Hardmoors 26.2 Roseberry Trail Races
The Hardmoors 26.2 Roseberry Trail Races take place on Sunday, 30th August 2026, starting from the Sea Cadets Hall in Guisborough. This event is held under an ARC permit and has a participant limit of 330.
Distances Offered:
- Trail Marathon: 30 miles with 4,850 feet of ascent. Time limit: 10 hours.
- Half Marathon: 14.5 miles with 3,200 feet of ascent. Time limit: 5 hours.
- 10k: 9 miles with 1,600 feet of ascent. Time limit: 3 hours.
Entries include a £1 donation to the Cleveland Way National Trail. Prices vary by distance and UKA affiliation. Entries open in late 2025 for voucher holders and general entry, closing on 14th August 2026.
Important Information:
- Parking at the registration venue is very limited; please use nearby car parks.
- The courses are not taped or signed; competitors must download and print route descriptions and maps for self-navigation. GPX files are provided.
- This is a cupless event; participants must carry their own cup.
- A set of mandatory safety kit must be carried by all competitors, including a headtorch for the marathon.
- Prize categories are awarded after finishers complete the races.
