Gifhorner Friedhofslauf
The 9th Gifhorner Friedhofslauf took place on Friday, August 22, 2025. Mark your calendars for 2026: August 7th, 2026.
Participants could choose between a 4 km or 8 km run, with the start time at 18:00 Uhr.
Detailed information can be found at the external link provided by Race Results. Participation fees are to be paid on-site in cash when collecting the start number. These fees serve as a donation for the Gifhorner Friedhofsmobil.
The start line is located behind the chapel of the evangelical cemetery. Shower facilities for men and women are available.
Following the race, an award ceremony and a social gathering took place in the orchard behind the cemetery chapel (or in the machine hall in case of rain). Food and drinks were provided, and donations were welcome.
