The Galloway Run/Walk/Run Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: of running a half marathon or marathon. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers.
Training Kick Off Time

We'll kick off the training program with a group run, followed by an orientation to the Galloway Run/Walk/Run Training Program, discussing everything you need to know about training for your half marathon, including setting goals and expectations, fueling your runs, and recovery strategies.
