Freundschaftslauf Wustweiler
The 22nd Freundschaftslauf of LLG Wustweiler will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the Dorfwaldhalle Wustweiler. The event starts at 1:00 PM with the Wustweiler-Biber-Trail (WuBiT) and continues at 3:00 PM with running and walking groups. Enjoy a leisurely movement in nature on beautiful forest paths, focusing on joy, community, and relaxation. Afterwards, the day will conclude socially with food and drinks in the hall.

No fee, no competition, no timing. Changing rooms and showers are available on-site.
Wustweiler Biber-Trail (WuBiT)
- Start: 1:00 PM
- Distance: 21 km Trail – 600 meters elevation gain
- Time Limit: 3 hours
- Description: A demanding route over official forest paths and trails. Recommended to wear appropriate running shoes with profile. Small aid station at km 12 (no cups!). 3 groups with LLG guidance (Pace: 6-6:30 min/km, 7-7:30 min/km, 8-8:30 min/km). GPX file available for download.
Running: 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 km – Walking/Hiking: 5 + 6 km
- Start: 3:00 PM
- Duration: All groups will run/walk for 1 hour.
- Support: Groups will be accompanied by experienced LLG runners.
LLG Illtal-Cup Lottery
The three races (Illinger City-Lauf, Benin-Benefiz-Lauf, and Freundschaftslauf) together form the LLG Illtal-Cup. Participants who complete all three races can win a hot air balloon ride for two, sponsored by proWin international. Participation requirement: over 18 years old and not a member of LLG Wustweiler.
