Florida Death Race
The Florida Death Race is a challenging point-to-point race offering both a 74-mile and a 37-mile option. The 37-mile race covers the final portion of the 74-mile course. The race takes place primarily on the Florida National Scenic Trail, following the Suwannee River for a significant portion. Runners carry a 1 lb railroad spike throughout the race, receiving an engraved spike (74-mile) or medal (37-mile) upon completion. The race has strict cutoff times and requires runners to carry specific gear.
