Flapjack 5K - Paignton
Returning for 2027, the Flapjack 5k running race will be held at Torbay Velopark. This is a perfect flat route for achieving a Personal Best as it’s all on smooth tarmac! The race utilizes a brand new officially measured course that takes full advantage of the tarmac path recently laid by Torbay Council. The route begins with two laps of the Velopark, followed by an out-and-back section that finishes at the same line used for the Donut Duathlon.

Frequently Asked Questions
Parking:
There is ample parking in the Leisure Centre car park, but it is pay-and-display. A special arrangement with Torbay Council allows parking for a maximum of £5.30 for the day. Pay at the machines or app, then collect a voucher from reception in the Leisure Centre to display on your windscreen. Please ensure your vehicle does not overhang the parking bay, as parking attendants can be strict.
Medals & Awards:
All finishers receive a medal. Additionally, podium medals are awarded for the Top 3 overall finishers and the Top 3 in the following categories: Vet 40 male & female, Vet 50 male & female, and Top 60. A one-prize-per-person policy is in effect. Special medals are also awarded to the Top 3 novices in the 8-10 and 11-14 age groups.
