Fall 2026 Adult Full & Half Marathon Training Evening - Apex
This 16-week program, brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs, is designed to help adults train for a full or half marathon. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned runner aiming to improve your race time, all levels and paces are welcome!
Program Details:
- Duration: 16 weeks
- Coached Runs: 2 group runs per week (Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM)
- Long Runs: Coach-supported Saturday group long runs (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Support: Detailed daily plan, suggested cross-training & strength training workouts, email access to the coach.
- Locations: Rotating locations including Hunter Street Park, Apex Nature Park, Mills Park Middle School track, Koka Booth/Symphony Lake Greenway, Apex Community Park, Ritter Park, and the American Tobacco Trail. Saturday run locations vary weekly throughout the Triangle area.

- Standard Registration (7/27 - 8/23/26): $90.00

- Refunds/Deferrals: No refunds or deferrals after registration. Financial assistance available upon request.
