Echemer Dorflauf
The Echemer Dorflauf, established in 2008, offers a friendly and familiar atmosphere with continuously increasing participant numbers. The routes are flat and mostly asphalted.
In addition to the main 5 km and 10 km distances, we also provide a Bambini run for younger participants and a Nordic Walking course.
Please note that all courses are not officially measured; our primary focus is on the enjoyment of running.
The next Echemer Dorflauf, the seventeenth edition, will take place in August 2026.

- Lauftreff: Meet Saturdays at 2:00 PM at the Echem Primary School parking lot for varied running routes in the surroundings. Emphasis is on fun and running at one's own pace. Contact: Charlotte Bickel at [email protected]. The Lauftreff resumes on June 20, 2026.
- Nordic Walking in Boltersen: Meets Saturdays starting at 9:00 AM at the Boltersen sports field. Recommended for those with overweight, back, or joint problems. Contact: Christina Kosel at 04139 - 69 58 56.
- 3000 Schritte für dich: Starts April 11, 2026, at 9:30 AM, meeting at Lüdersburg Church. Focuses on a communal walk through the village, promoting health and cognitive skills.
