About the race
The 35. Drei-Länder-Lauf will take place in Arenshausen on Sunday, June 14, 2026. It is a scoring race in the Neunspringer Eichsfeld-Cup and Südniedersachsen-Cup.

Strecken (Routes)
Start and finish for all runs is the Arenshausen sports field. The 2km, 1.2km, and 13km runs are circuit courses, while the 5km run is a point-to-point course. The 5km runners complete a stadium lap first, and the 13km runners head straight onto the course.

- 14:15: 5km run
- 15:00: 13km run

During the main race, the Bambinilauf for preschool children will take place, covering one stadium lap (400m). There will be no timekeeping or placement for this run.
Nordic Walking will also be offered (Start time: 14:00, approx. 8km). The route partially follows the former inner-German border. This is not a competition; the experience is prioritized over the result. No entry fee is charged, and there is no ranking. All age groups, both male and female, start together. Participation is possible with or without poles.
Awards and Results
The top three finishers in the main races will receive a trophy. Age group winners will be awarded a medal. Certificates for all other participants can be downloaded and printed from this page after the event. Results will be published online after the event.
Registration and Entry Fees
Pre-registration is possible online from May 1st to June 10th, 2026 (10:00 PM) via the registration form.
Late registrations will be accepted up to 30 minutes before each start on the day of the event (late registration surcharge of €2.00, excluding children's runs).
Registration for the 1.2km run is only for age groups U10, and for the 2km run, only for age groups U12. Only these age groups will be ranked.
No registration is required for the Bambinilauf and Nordic Walking.

- 1.2km and 2km (Schülerläufe): €2.00
- 5km: €6.00 for adults, €3.00 for youth and students
- 13km: €8.00 for adults, €4.00 for youth and students
Notes, Parking, and Directions
Parking is available directly at the sports field. Changing and shower facilities are located in the sports house.
From the West: Take the A7 to the Drammetal interchange, then head towards Nordhausen, Halle, Leipzig along the A38 to the Friedland exit. At the roundabout, leave towards Reckershausen, turn right in Reckershausen, and follow the road to the Arenshausen sports field.
From the East: From Nordhausen, take the B80 until shortly before Arenshausen, turn right at the bridge towards Kirchgandern, Göttingen, and follow the road to the sports field. From the A38, take the Arenshausen exit and follow the traffic signs.
