Start Time: 7:20 a.m. sharp (waves based on # of entrants)
Packet Pickup/Registration: Digital registration only. Must sign up online. Pickup instructions and USAT membership information are detailed below.
Courses and Distances
- Triathlon: 1/4 mile Swim, 10.75 mile Bike, 3 mile Run
- Duathlon: 1.5 mile Run, 10.75 mile Bike, 3 mile Run
- Aquabike: 1/4 mile Swim, 10.75 mile Bike
- Triathlon Relay: 1/4 mile Swim, 10.75 mile Bike, 3 mile Run
- Duathlon Relay: 1.5 mile Run, 10.75 mile Bike, 3 mile Run
Pricing
Prices vary based on course and registration time. Please refer to the specific course for price ranges.
Awards
Awards will be given for Overall, Age Group, Clydesdale/Athena, Adaptive, Non-Binary, and Relay Teams across Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike events. Specific divisions and criteria apply.
Additional Information
- Refreshments will be provided post-race.
- Split results will be available on the website on race day.
- Event promoters reserve the right to alter or cancel events. All races will be held rain or shine under local safety protocol.
- Transfers, Deferrals, and Refunds are only allowed through Runsignup as specified, no exceptions.
USAT Information
All multisport participants must have an active USAT Membership. Annual members are required to bring their membership card. Non-members can purchase memberships during registration.
Common Rules
- Photo ID is required for all athletes.
- Athletes may only pick up their own packets.
- No drafting (max 15 seconds allowed to complete a pass).
- Headphones are prohibited.
- Helmets must be worn securely fastened at all times during the bike leg.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct is not tolerated.
