Dirty Race
The Dirty Race will take place in Murr on Saturday 30 January 2027. You can run 5 kilometers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Courses:
- RUN 1 – The Street-Run: Mostly asphalt, loop course. 5 km.
- BIKE – MTB / Gravel: 3 laps, minimum 38 mm tire width. 15 km.
- RUN 2 – The Cross-Run: Four 1.1 km laps counter-clockwise. Profiled running shoes recommended. 4.4 km.
Race Format:
SOLO: You do everything. DUETT: Two participants - one runs, one bikes. High-five in the transition zone replaces the baton.
Start & Finish:
The central point for the Dirty Race is the sports field in 71711 Murr, Hermannsplatz (Ludwigsburg district). Start, finish, and transition zone are located here. All athletes will pass through here multiple times during the race.
Transition Zone:
Located on the running track within the Murr sports field. Spots are numbered. Please place your bike at your assigned spot after the cycling race. DUETT teams have a separate area. High-fives replace the baton. The transition zone is guarded until 4 PM.
Bib Pickup:
You will receive your race materials on the grounds of the New Sports Field, immediately visible to the left of the entrance. Please arrive on time.
Check-IN/Check-OUT:
Race officials from BWTV will check your equipment during bike drop-off and shoe drop-off (Check-IN). Helmets must be brought and remain attached to the bike with the strap unbuckled. For bike pick-up after the race (Check-OUT), please bring your start number for verification. You will receive your bike back upon presentation of your start number, confirmed by signature. Check-OUT is possible only after the cycling race has ended. Please pay attention to the announcer's instructions.
