Location: Dingelstädt, Thuringia, Germany
The Dingelstädter Frühlingslauf is a welcoming event for runners of all levels, including recreational runners, children, and students. We offer a suitable course for every skill level.
Course Details:
The courses for the Dingelstädter Frühlingslauf are extremely fast, with only 2 meters of elevation gain over 5 km and 20 meters over 10 km. They are ideal for achieving personal bests.
Walking Options:
We also offer two walking routes of 5 km and 10 km. Walkers, with or without poles, will be included in a joint classification.
Important Changes for 2027:
- The 3-kilometer run is exclusively for students up to the U18 age group.
- The Half Marathon is only held during the VR-Bank Mitte Herbstlauf.
- The 1-kilometer run is limited to 50 participants.
Event Offerings:
- Running: 10 km, 5 km, 3 km, 1 km, and a 400 m Bambini run.
- Nordic Walking: 10 km and 5 km (with or without poles).
All courses from 3 km upwards are measured according to DLV/IAAF standards.
