- 16:30 Uhr: SOLIDTEC Jugend Lauf – U14 & U16 (approx. 2 km)
- 16:50 Uhr: PROSTEP 4K Lauf – U18 & U20 and Jedermann*frau / Firmenlauf (approx. 4 km)
- 17:30 Uhr: PROSTEP 10K Hauptlauf (approx. 10 km)
Registration & Fees:
Registration is available via the online registration portal, where tiered fees are also listed. Late registrations may be possible until 4 PM on the event day if starting spots are available.
Awards:
Trophies, certificates, and numerous prizes will be awarded to the fastest participants in each age group (from SOLIDTEC Kinder U10 Lauf onwards). All Bambinis will receive a commemorative medal.
School & Team Competition:
A school trophy is awarded to the Dieburg school with the highest percentage of participants. A team competition is also held for the PROSTEP 4K Lauf, with teams consisting of 4 participants.
Additional Information:
The course plan is available on the website. Bib pickup starts at 2 PM at Pater-Delp-Haus. Showers and changing facilities are not available near the start/finish area.
