Delta Lake Triathlon
Welcome to Rome, NY and the scenic and lovely 720-acre Delta Lake State Park. Produced by Wilson Endurance Sports in cooperation with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation - Central Region.
Events Offered:
- Sprint & Olympic Triathlon
- Sprint & Olympic AquaBike
- Delta Double (Sprint and Olympic combined)
- Paratriathletes are welcome!
- Relay Teams of 2 or 3 welcome for the Sprint and Olympic triathlon events only.
Sprint Triathlon Details: Start with a 750m swim, followed by a moderate hilly 11-mile bike ride outside the park, and finish with a 5K run within the State Park grounds, ending right by the lake.
Olympic Triathlon Details: Participants will complete 2 loops of each course (swim, bike, run).
AquaBike Competition: Participants will complete their event after the bike portion.
Delta Double: Feeling really ambitious? Race the Sprint and get back to the starting line in time to race the Olympic.
