- Marathon: Run or march the marathon within 10 hours. Conquer the Deister hell with 200 meters of elevation gain in one go! Enjoy your suffering! More nature and mountain running near Hannover is not possible! NEW: Seating at the refreshment stations and sandwiches for the marchers.
- Half Marathon: March or Run.
- 10 km: Run.
