Défi Pointe-Claire – Run With Me
The Défi Pointe-Claire – Run With Me is more than a race. It's an open invitation to the entire community: neighbours, families, seasoned runners and first-timers, to come together at Parc de la Grande-Anse on June 20, 2027 to run, connect, and celebrate. And what better way to spend Father's Day!
Courses Offered:
- 1 km — Run With Me / Cours avec moi: A short, festive, and welcoming course open to all ages and abilities. Designed for kids and families who want to experience the magic of crossing a finish line for the first time. Because every step counts, and the best way to run is together. The perfect distance for dads who want to run side by side with their kids on Father's Day.
- 5 km — Run With Me / Cours avec moi: One loop of the course, welcoming to all levels, whether you're a first-timer or a regular runner. A perfect blend of nature, fresh lake air, and community energy, with start and finish at the heart of Parc de la Grande-Anse. Whether it's your first 5 km or your hundredth, this distance invites you to experience the Défi Pointe-Claire fully, at your own pace.
- 10 km — Run With Me / Cours avec moi: Two loops of the 5 km course for a balanced experience between effort and enjoyment. Runners will wind through peaceful trails, open spaces, and the shores of Lac Saint-Louis, with start and finish at Parc de la Grande-Anse. The ideal distance for those who want to push themselves on a well-marked course, surrounded by a festive and supportive atmosphere.
- 21.1 km — Half Marathon / Demi-marathon — Run With Me / Cours avec moi: New in 2027! The Défi Pointe-Claire half marathon is built for runners ready to reach a new milestone. Four loops of the 5 km course along the shores of Lac Saint-Louis, offering a genuine challenge in one of the most scenic settings on the west end of Montreal Island. Whether it's your first half marathon or a new personal best attempt, you'll run surrounded by a community cheering you on every step of the way.
All proceeds go directly to the Pointe-Claire Canoe Kayak Club, the largest competitive Canoe Kayak Club in Quebec, with over 200 athletes and coaches competing at more than 20 events and training camps each year. Your registration is a gift to the community. Every step we take together builds something stronger.
