Returning again in 2027, the ever popular Dalwood 3 Hills challenge features a 10 mile, 5km and 3km multi-terrain run around the beautiful countryside of Dalwood.

- Dalwood 3 Hills: 10 miles of grueling hills
- Dalwood Dash: 5km of mud and hills
- Dalwood Doddle: 3km of family fun - suitable for everyone!

- Dalwood Dash 5k : 10:05 am - affiliated entry £5, non affiliated £7 - 12 or over on the day
- Dalwood Doddle 3k: 10.10am - affiliated £3, non affiliated £5 - any age
Who is this event suitable for?
The Dalwood 3 Hills is a physical course open to anyone 17 or over. It is hilly, muddy and the weather on the day can have a huge impact. It really is a course to get your teeth in to!
The Dalwood Dash is 5km and we still promise hills and probably a lot of mud - a full bodied mini version of the 10 mile route. Minimum age 12 on the day.
The Dalwood Doddle is 3km, mostly through open fields and a beautiful trail section. It is suitable for any age. There'll still be mud, but we promise you won't notice the hills!
What age do I need to be to enter?
To ensure the well being of all participants we follow the age/distance guidance of England Athletics and the Trail Running Association.
- Dalwood 3 Hills 10 Miles: 10:00 am - 17 or over on the day
- Dalwood Dash 5k : 10:05 am - 12 or over on the day
- Dalwood Doddle 3k 10.10am - any age

The event is licenced by the Trail Running Association under licence number 8247. The event will be held under UK Athletics rules.
