Dalemain 10km Trail Run, Children's 3.3k & 2.3k Fun Run
The event takes place on 4 October 2026 at Dalemain Mansion, Penrith. Proceeds will be shared between Jigsaw Children's Hospice and other good causes supported by the Rotary Club of Penrith. Race headquarters, start and facilities are at Dalemain Mansion; free parking and toilets are available on site. Light refreshments will be available in the cafe from 10am. Medical cover is provided by St John's Ambulance. Routes are clearly marked and marshalled.

- 10 km Trail Run, two lap scenic course around the Dalemain Mansion Estate
- 3.3 km Children's Fun Run, one lap on the grounds in front of Dalemain Mansion
- 2.3 km Children's Fun Run, course on the grounds in front of Dalemain Mansion
Age limits are set for each race: the 10 km event is open to those aged 15 years or older; the 3.3 km run is for 9 to 14 year olds; the 2.3 km run is for 4 to 8 year olds. All children's entries require a responsible adult to be on site. Entry fees are listed as £20.00 for the 10 km and £5.00 for each children's fun run. Entries open 25 May 2026 and close 3 October 2026. Medals are provided for all entrants and commemorative medals or trophies are awarded to top finishers. 10km Trail Run
Registration open from 9:30am. Start time - 11:00am. Age Limits - 15 years and over. Medals for all entrants, and 'commemorative' medals for first three Runners and first three Veteran Runners to finish. All medals will be presented as runners finish.
3.3km Children's Fun Run (9 to 14yrs)
Course is just one lap on ground in front of Dalemain Mansion. Registration open from 10:00am. Start Time - 11:15 am. Age Limits - 9 -14 years on the day. All entrants must have a responsible adult on site. Medals for all entrants and 'commemorative' trophies for first three runners.
2.3km Children's Fun Run (4 to 8yrs)
Course is on the grounds in front of Dalemain Mansion. Registration open from 10:00am. Start Time - 11:15 am. Age Limits - 4 -8 years on the day. All entrants must have a responsible adult on site. Medals for all entrants and 'commemorative' medals for first three runners.
