Crow Mountain Survival 2026
Prepare for the ultimate adventure at the Crow Mountain Survival on Sunday, September 6, 2026. This will be the 9th edition of the legendary obstacle run, designed to push your limits with challenging natural and man-made obstacles, including a spectacular water crossing of the Werdersee.
Date Change: Due to the German Unity Day celebrations in Bremen, the Bremen Marathon has been moved to September 13th. Consequently, the Crow Mountain Survival 2026 will take place on September 6, 2026. The event will return to its usual date on the second Sunday of September starting in 2027.
Choose Your Challenge: 5 km to 15 km
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced OCR athlete, there's a challenge for you:
- 5 km: Features tough obstacles and water passages up to hip height.
- 10 km & 15 km: More intense distances, including a swimming crossing of the Werdersee.
For Kids & Beginners: Junior Run and Taster Run
- Junior Run (1,200 m): Age-appropriate obstacles for younger participants.
- Taster Run (2.5 km): A non-timed, stress-free course perfect for beginners and those looking for fun.
Inclusion Run for People with Disabilities - powered by OxyCare
Launched in 2025, the 1,200 m Inclusion Run is specifically for individuals with disabilities, featuring a route without water obstacles. All participants receive a medal and an online certificate. The focus is on shared experience and the joy of movement.
Challenging Obstacles & Varied Terrain
The Crow Mountain Survival course winds through forests and meadows, with diverse terrain including asphalt and sand. Expect climbs, descents, crawling, climbing, balancing, and swinging. Some obstacles remain secret until race day!
