Description: Come join CRC for a fun run on Saturday, July 5 at 8am at the back parking lot of the Conway Regional Fitness Center on Salem Road. We have a ~5k route (see link below) we will be doing as a group along the trail behind the fitness center. We are also going to do a 1-Mile Sparkler Run this year, so be sure to bring the entire family for a fun morning.

Additional Info: This is a “fun run,” not a timed event. Refreshments and awards will be provided. All participants receive a finisher award. The first male and female in the 5k get a free CRC membership. Registration is free for Conway Running Club members. Discounts apply for those 12 and under. Wave start with the 5k at 8am and the 1-mile starting ~5 minutes after. This is an open course. Strollers and dogs are allowed but should start at the back. Limited bathroom access; see details on the website.
