Event Details
The Cochrane Wild Rose Indoor Spring Triathlon will take place on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at the Spray Lake Sawmills Centre in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada. The event begins at 7:00 a.m. MDT.
The competition format includes:
- 10-minute swim: Swim as many laps as you can (any stroke) in the pool.
- 20-minute bike: Bike on a stationary bike with a coach guiding you.
- 15-minute run/walk: Run or walk as many laps as possible on the track.
This event is open to all levels!
