The Cleveland Clinic Brain Aneurysm Awareness 5K/1 Mile is on Saturday, September 20, 2025. It includes a 5K Run or Walk and a 1 Mile Walk at the South Mastick Picnic Area in the Rocky River Reservation, Fairview Park, OH.
