Citylauf Leonberg 2026
The 16th Citylauf Leonberg will take place on June 27, 2026. The team is working hard to create an unforgettable sports experience for runners, spectators, and those who simply want to enjoy the special atmosphere. Registration is now open.
Race Details
- BRÜCKNER 10-km-Lauf: Two laps through the old town of Leonberg, the picturesque center of Eltingen, and the modern city center at Neuköllner Platz. There are several fan zones with live music and enthusiastic spectators along the route. Those who want to experience only one lap are welcome to join the 5-km run. This race is also part of the Leonberg City Championship.
- GEZE Staffellauf 10/4: For those for whom the 5 or 10 km run is too long, but who still want to experience the Citylauf atmosphere actively as a runner, a 10 km relay race can be tackled with three other team members. The course is divided into 4 sections, with the longest section being 2.7 km.
- LEWA 5-km-Lauf: One lap through the old town of Leonberg, the picturesque center of Eltingen, and the modern city center at Neuköllner Platz. There are several fan zones with live music and enthusiastic spectators along the route. Those who want to experience two laps are invited to join the 10-km run. This race is also part of the Leonberg City Championship.
- KELLERGROUP Schülerlauf (School Run): Attractive prizes, certificates, and trophies will be awarded for reliability and team spirit. Individual performances are rewarded through age group classifications U10, U12, U14, and U16 (male/female). All finishers receive the coveted Citylauf medal. A fantastic start and finish atmosphere is guaranteed. Pre-registered students pay a 3 € entry fee.
- VOLKSBANK Kinderlauf (Children's Run): There is no timekeeping or individual rankings, but there is an attractive team competition. All finishers receive the coveted Citylauf medal. A fantastic start and finish atmosphere is guaranteed. Pre-registered children can enjoy everything free of charge.
