Captain Bill Gallagher Island 10 Mile Run
Join us for the Captain Bill Gallagher Island 10 Mile Run, a unique endurance event taking place in Sea Isle City, NJ. This race offers a scenic course with a blend of boardwalk and hard-packed beach running, ensuring a challenging yet enjoyable experience for all participants.
Race Details:

- Location: 10 44th Street, Sea Isle City, NJ, US, 08243
- Start Time: The race starts between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Race packet pick-up and registration are available during this time.
- Time Cap: 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Course Information:
The 10-mile course includes approximately two and a half miles on a blacktop boardwalk and the remainder on hard-packed beach sand, which provides a surface similar to a dirt trail due to low tide.

Awards:
High-quality T-shirts for the first 1000 online registrants. Trophies awarded to the top finishers in male and female divisions, as well as various age groups. Team plaques and individual medals for running clubs, beach patrols, and corporate teams. Awards ceremony at 7:30 PM at the beach patrol headquarters.
Important Notes:
No walkers or extremely slow runners are permitted due to safety concerns in the evening darkness. This event supports the For Pete's Sake Cancer Respite Foundation.
