Event Details
The Blue Ridge Relay (BRR) is one of the longest running relay races in the United States, taking place in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Starting on September 5, 2025, teams will rotate through 36 transition areas while covering approximately 208 miles.
Start Location
The race begins in Grayson Highlands State Park, VA, at an elevation of 4920′, near Mount Rogers, the highest peak in Virginia.
Course Highlights
Participants will enjoy scenic routes that traverse through:
- High elevation balds
- The Appalachian Trail
- The Blue Ridge Parkway
- Beautiful small towns and hamlets
Finish Line
The race concludes at Highland Brewing Company in Asheville, NC, offering food trucks and a lively atmosphere to celebrate your accomplishment.
