Train with Black Dog Running Company toward the Run Ocean Isle Events (13.1, 10K, 5K) or a race of your choice). Training is in a group setting, but you will receive personal goal-setting and feedback!
Coaches Diane and Meagan will provide weekly training plans leading up to the October 24th. Group runs are available as part of our 3x/week run club meetups!
Orientation Thursday, July 23rd, along with a Hoka shoe demo! Training plan schedule will begin July 30.
Group runs will be hosted on:
- Tuesdays at 6:15pm (at Tidal Creek Brewhouse)
- Thursdays at 6pm (from Black Dog Running)
- Saturdays at 7am from Black Dog Running)
