Bingley Rock up n' Run
Its Grim Up North Running presents the Bingley Rock up n' Run, an evening pop-up event as part of their Summer Series, held at 5 Rise Locks, Beck Lane, BD16 4DS in Bingley.

Registration is available on the evening, with payment accepted on the day or online. All participants will receive a jumble medal, hot food, a choice of beer or soft drink, and a sweetie bag.
The venue is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Bingley train station and local bus stops. Free parking is available on surrounding streets.
Race Details:
5k: £10.00 - Registration at 6pm for a 7pm race start.
10k: £15.00 - Registration at 6pm for a 6:45pm race start.
