BikeNavy Run

The exclusive route leads you across the grounds of the Sportfluggruppe Nordholz/Cuxhaven e. V., where they usually operate motor and glider aircraft. The course runs north of the asphalt runway of the Nordholz Naval Air Base, within the airspace control zone. A further highlight nearby is the AERONAUTICUM Naval Aviation and Airship Museum, where you can delve deeper into the fascinating world of naval aviation after the race. Getting There
For convenient and stress-free travel, here is some information on how to get there:
- By Car: The Nordholz sports airfield is easily accessible by car. Use the following address for your navigation system: Wanhödener Straße 2, 27639 Wurster Nordseeküste. Ample parking is available on-site. If traveling via the A27 Cuxhaven – Bremen, take the Nordholz exit and follow signs towards Nordholz. Turn right onto the access road shortly before the first roundabout.
- By Public Transport: Visitors traveling by public transport can take the train to Wurster Nordseeküste station. From there, you can take a taxi or use local public transport to get to the Nordholz sports airfield.
- By Bicycle: Environmentally conscious visitors can travel by bicycle. There are cycle paths in the surrounding area that will lead you safely to the Nordholz sports airfield.
