Bergischer-Wupperlauf on 19-20 December 2026 in Wuppertal
The Bergischer-Wupperlauf will take place in Wuppertal from Saturday 19 December 2026 to Sunday 20 December 2026. You can run between 20 and 50 kilometers.
On Saturday, December 19, 2026, the "11th Bergischer-Wupperlauf" is a group run and a guided 20km mulled wine hike in a relaxed atmosphere without time pressure. An ultramarathon course (50km), a marathon distance, and a 25km course are offered. Local runners will guide you and ensure a steady pace. At the first aid station at KM 7 of the marathon, it will be decided who can run how fast. After this, the group will split into faster and several smaller groups with different paces. Additionally, there will be official tail runners. Racers are explicitly not welcome.
Afterwards, the indoor swimming pool in Wuppertal-Cronenberg is available until 6:00 PM for free splashing and saunas.
The "5th Wupperberge-Glühweinwanderung" on Sunday, December 20, 2026, is a 20km hike with mulled wine tasting. Afterwards, you can splash and/or use the sauna in the swimming pool.
