Bedale Bolt 10K - The Bedale Bolt
The Bedale Bolt is a new road race held on Sunday 14 June 2026 in Bedale, North Yorkshire. The event is a single lap 10 km course that starts on the town high street, follows country lanes with undulating terrain and some hills, and returns to the town centre for a finish along the high street with roadside supporters. The course will be held on closed roads, will be chip timed, and is being measured by England Athletics. The race is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Organised by Bedale and Aiskew Runners with Race HQ at Chantry Hall, Bedale DL8 1AB, the event has an entry limit of 1000 places. Entry fees are shown as £20.00 for affiliated runners and £22.00 for unaffiliated runners; entry on the day will not be available. A donation will be made to Yorkshire Air Ambulance for each entry. T shirts are included in the entry fee with size selection at entry and an option to decline a t shirt which triggers an additional donation to the charity. Medals are planned for all finishers and prizes for overall men and women and for age category winners.
