BBB10k: Battle, East Sussex
The BBB10k is a road and country lanes race held in Battle, East Sussex, on 6 September 2026. The route passes through the historic streets of Battle and nearby villages and finishes at Battle Abbey. The course surface is a mix of tarmac and country lanes with some hilly sections; it is described as mostly fast with a few climbs.
The event includes a chip-timed junior run and several event features that are shared with competitors. Included items and services: a bespoke medal, trophies and prizes for leading runners, and a chip-timed 1500 m junior race. Organisers publish a detailed 10k route map and GPX files.
The race headquarters is on The Abbey Green in the High Street area of Battle. The local community regularly provides marshals and roadside support. Entry options appear in the event listing, and an on-the-day entry fee is listed for the 10k subject to availability.

By Car: The Race Headquarters will be located on the Abbey Green. The start is located 100m from the race HQ in the High Street with the finish located under the shadow of Battle Abbey. There are pay and display car parks located throughout Battle. Parking is not permitted on the High Street as this forms part of the route. Parking is available on a first come first seved basis so we recommend car sharing and arriving in plenty of time.
By Train: The closest railway station is Battle which is approximately 1 mile from the race HQ.
