Atlantic Coast Challenge
Now in its 21st year, the Atlantic Coast Challenge is a three-day coastal endurance event. The route starts near Padstow and finishes at Lands End, covering up to 78.6 miles over three days. Participants can choose to complete one, two, or all three days by walking, running, or crawling.

Daily Distances:
- Day One: 42.2 KM (Nr Padstow to Perranporth)
- Day Two: 42.2 KM (Perranporth to St Ives Bay Holiday Park)
- Day Three: 44.3 KM (Lelant to Lands End)

Terrain:
The terrain is wild and rugged, with steep climbs and descents that test concentration and strength. The course follows the South West Coast Path, marked by the Acorn sign. Emphasis is on self-navigation.
Checkpoints (CPs):
Located approximately every 10KM, CPs are staffed for check-ins and time logging. They are stocked with food, drinks, and hot drinks at selected points. Soup and bread rolls are provided at the finish line on days 1 and 2, with a Cornish pasty on day 3.
