Alaska Kid's Splash n' Dash Race Series

Join us for three Tuesday nights of summer fun with the Alaska Kid's Splash n' Dash Race Series! This event is designed for kids aged 19 and under, offering exciting SwimRun and Dash-only races.

Race Options:

• Sea Otters Race: 50 meters swim, followed by a 0.5-mile run.
• Puffins Race: 300 meters swim, followed by a 1.0-mile run.
• Dash Only Race: A run-only option covering 0.75 miles.

This is a 3-race series with points awarded, encouraging participants to stick with their chosen distance for all events. Points do not transfer between distances.

Event Details:

When: July 7th, July 14th, and July 21st, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Where: Service High School Pool & surrounding grounds, Anchorage, AK.

Registration & Pricing:

Registration: Online registration is required prior to 12:00 PM on race day. There is NO in-person registration.

Series Discount: Sign up for all 3 events and get $10 off plus a FREE series shirt if you register by April 1st. After April 1st, series shirts are available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 5:00 PM at Race #1.

Individual Race Prices: $20.00 - $22.00 - $25.00 (exact pricing varies by course and registration timing).

Awards & Amenities:

All finishers will receive custom race bibs and swag bags. Series racers registering by April 15th will receive a race t-shirt. Fancy finisher medals and post-race snacks will be provided.

Top 3 Overall Boys/Girls in each age group for both the Splash n' Dash and Dash series will receive awards at the awards party.

Awards Party:

Join us for a FREE family fun run & root beer social on July 30th, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Ray Stork Park. All are welcome!

Middle/High School Wave: A special wave for Middle/High Schoolers will start at 7:15 PM on race nights, with both distances welcome.

Kid's Dash Details: The Kid's Dash (0.75 miles) will run on the same course as the Splash n' Dash, with three wave start times: 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM, and 7:00 PM. The first dash wave will start concurrently with the first Splash n' Dash swim wave.
