Join us for the 2nd annual Ainsley's Angels Heart and Sole 5K Race with virtual option. Hosted by our Hampton Roads Ambassadorship, we are seeking your support to help us raise awareness of America's special needs and physically challenged community, giving them the gift of mobility.
Course Route
Featuring a flat, fast course with a small-town feel, the 5K Run/Walk/Roll is a welcoming course to athletes of all abilities. The route will begin and end at Mount Trashmore located at 310 Edwin Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
