Abington Park 10K
Race for Life 10K is a more challenging event, but without any pressure. Take it at your own pace and enjoy the atmosphere, or push yourself a little more. The events are chip-timed, so you can find out if you’ve beaten your personal best! Sign up as a group with friends and family, or go solo and join hundreds of people on the day. However you take part, you’re helping to beat cancer.

Course Information
The start and finish is at the top of the field of Abington Park, alongside the event parking. The course route goes through the very scenic Abington Park. The route is on a mix of pathways and grass.

Event Details
The event is chip timed. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign and a Race for Life medal on completion. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee and event staff are trained Dementia Friends.

By car: General Event Parking: Event parking is available within Abington Park on grass. Please follow yellow event signage and stewards.
Drop Offs: Participants can be dropped off in the Event Car Park.
Blue Badge Parking: Available in the General Event Car Park.
Volunteer Parking: Available within Abington Park.

Accessibility: The start and finish areas are on a grass field. The course goes off the main path and is primarily on grass, which can become boggy. There is uneven terrain. Spectators can use park paths. Contact centre and on-site team are ready to assist with any needs.
