7-Meilen-Trail - Kaiserslautern
The 7-Meilen-Trail - Kaiserslautern will take place in Kaiserslautern on Sunday 27 September 2026. This is a trail running event with 100% forest paths and no asphalt.
Race Details
- Long Course: 7 Meilen (approximately 11.265 km) with about 340 meters of elevation gain.
- Short Course: 4 Meilen (approximately 6.437 km) with about 130 meters of elevation gain.
The event is the 6th scoring run in the Laufladen-Cup 2026 (only for the 7MT).

- 4-Meilen-Trail: 10:25 AM
Location: Kaiserslauterer Wald. Registration at the TSG Kaiserslautern club house. Start/Finish opposite the Restaurant Sommerhaus.
