Join us for the 3-Täler-Lauf Mettingen on Saturday, September 26, 2026, in Mettingen. This event offers several running and walking options for various age groups.
Races and Start Times:
- 3-Täler-Lauf (14.1 km): For ages 16 and up. Start: 14:00 Uhr. Price: 14 EUR.
- 2-Täler-Lauf & Nordic Walking (8.3 km): For ages 13 and up. Start: 14:15 Uhr. Price: 10 EUR.
- Schülerlauf (0.8 km): For ages 6-12. Start: 13:00 Uhr. Price: 2 EUR.
- Bambinilauf (0.4 km): For children under 6. Start: 13:30 Uhr. Price: Free (0 EUR).
Course Description:
The main 3-Täler-Lauf route winds through Fahlbachtal, Ölmühlental, and Köllbachtal, with challenging sections over Querenberg, Schafberg, and Schniederberg. The 2-Täler-Lauf/Nordic Walking offers a varied route with moderate climbs. The Schülerlauf features a small incline, and the Bambinilauf is a short, untimed run.
Important Information:
- Timing: Disposable chip integrated into the bib number.
- Finish Deadline: 16:30 Uhr.
- Facilities: Showers and changing rooms available at the Ludgeri-Schule sports hall.
- Awards: Ceremonies for overall winners (top 3 male/female) in the 3-Täler-Lauf and 2-Täler-Lauf. Certificates for Schülerlauf winners.
- Results: Available online at www.laufen-os.de/ergebnisse after the finish.
- Registration: Online until September 21, 2026. On-site registration available (+2 EUR). Payment on-site: Cash.
- Start Documents: Pick up from 10:00 Uhr on the event day at Ludgeri-Schule.
- Parking: Available at katholische Kirche, Mühlenteich, Farben Hoffmann, and Comenius-Kolleg.
- Participation Conditions: For healthy and sufficiently trained individuals. Dogs are not allowed.
