This event offers a challenging off-road duathlon experience for participants of all levels. The transition area is located in the grassy field near the main park office.

Race Details:
The adult race consists of a 5k trail run, followed by a bike leg through trails along the water's edge and woods, and concludes with a 2.5k trail run. The trails are suitable for mountain bikes or gravel bikes.
The Youth event includes a 1-mile trail run, a 3-mile mountain bike ride, and a 1-mile run.
The cost of the event includes park admission for the athlete. A portion of the proceeds benefits New Foundations Home for Children.
